PALM COAST — Moving Minds, a global strategic marketing and web consultancy, is expanding in Flagler County and plans to hire more than 50 qualified, local employees over the next three to five years.
Company owners Lou and Kathryn Hughes briefed members of the Flagler County Economic Opportunity Advisory Council Wednesday about their plans.
The company previously relocated from Washington D.C. to Palm Coast and is expanding its team of global marketing consultants in response to a growing demand for its services, according to a county news release.
Lou Hughes said the company worked closely with county officials in preparing their expansion announcement.
“We are extremely pleased to have found such a tremendous resource and supportive partner in the Flagler County Department of Economic Opportunity to help fuel our next stage of growth,” he said, in the release, “Their approach to assisting local businesses is progressive and sound.”
County officials said the move enhances efforts to attract high-tech companies to the area.
“This is another great example of the progress being made by Flagler County,” County Administrator Craig Coffey said, in the release. “We are making great strides in opening up employment opportunities for our residents.”
