Generation Homes, a custom homebuilding company based in St. Augustine, will hold a grand opening luncheon event for Realtors, vendors and construction industry officials on Jan. 20, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The two-story house offers 2,427 square feet of living space that includes three bedrooms, a den and 2.5 bathrooms.
Large windows, open spaces, breezy porches and decks highlight the house’s coastal design.
Generation Homes is one of four preferred builders in the 190-lot community that includes a mix of lot sizes for cottage-style houses, a community pool and amenity center, lake with footbridge and walking trails. It also has a private dune walkway to the beach.
McGarvey Residential Communities in Ponte Vedra Beach developed the community in 2007. Beach Haven has 70 lots still available for purchase.
