Mary Alison Carey, trustee of the Charles R. Carey Family Trust, sold the home at 509 Granada Drive to Scott H. Caucci and Lorraine Caucci, of Palm Coast, for $2.7 million. Built in 2006, it has five bedrooms, 6.5 baths, a pool, a spa, a fireplace and 6,487 square feet of living area.
